Shirodhara, referred to in Ayurveda as 'The King of Treatments', is a sanskrit word, meaning 'head flow', and is an
ancient practice used traditionally to treat stress and anxiety.
One client referred to the feeling as being an oil painting that had been rubbed out. This therapy is often described as leaving clients feeling like they have had a full nights' sleep.
This deeply soothing ritual begins with a gentle face massage designed to melt away tension, and prepare the mind and body for the journey ahead. A warm stream of nourishing oil is poured in a rhythmic manner onto the Third Eye point on your forehead, sending you into a meditative state. Once the pour has been completed, the therapist will leave you to rest for approximately 15 minutes. You will be woken up to a gentle scalp massage to complete the perfect treatment.
The consistent flow of warm liquid on the forehead has an immediate calming effect on the mind and nervous system, leading to deep relaxation and a reduction in mental exhaustion.
Shirodhara is believed to alleviate burnout, stress, anxiety, and depression, improve sleep, and can also help with conditions like headaches, migraines, and fatigue.

Prior to using acetone soaked, foil wrapped lint pads, the nails are lightly buffed to break down the shiny top coat. Once the acetone has worked its magic, the gel is gently removed using a pusher plus manicure tool. The nails are then prepped for reapplication of your chosen gel colour from The Gel Bottle range.

The Gel Bottle is the hero of gel polish, offering up to 3 weeks of colour, wear and shine. This special formula still allows for flexibility on the nail which actively encourages the gel formula not to chip very easily. This treatment includes a basic manicure.
